Hi all, I would like to know if I created a vector drawing with illustrator based on a product and print it into a shirt without the product name will I get in trouble for that? Just in case it's a gaming console. I seen shirts in Etsy with the products but no names being sold.. Newbie here in need of help

The shape of the gaming console can be owned as intellectual property as a "trade dress." So yes, you can get into legal trouble. There is no guarantee that you will ever get caught. So it's really up to you if you want to take the risk.
