I have done left chest logos in the past, my least favorite transfer to do. I was thinking of an easier way. I thought to cut a cardboard piece the size of my press 16x20, tape a print to each size shirt Small Med, Lrg etc. for a guide , then cutting out the cardboard for each size, then simply place the carboard over the shirt on the press , has anyone tried this before. I assume what you are saying is that you would use the cardboard as a placement tool for the transfer and you would remove the cardboard before pressing. That would work as long as each shirt is laid down the same on the press.

The sell a couple of tools for this. I believe one is called t-shirtsquare, and the other LogoSquare. I believe t-shirt essentials is the place to get it. Not sure that's the correct name.

Many of the ISS shows give out a free cardboard left chest tool.

Thanks Paul and Duane, yes I would remove the cardboard before pressing, just thought this would give a square alignment everytime. Mark
