Ok, don't know if it's my nerves since we are getting ready to launch, but a few things have me possibly concerned...

After pressing a total white Hot Split screen print transfer onto a 50/50 purple shirt, it looks a tiny bit grayish and that's because the shirt is bleeding through a tiny bit. We are using the recommended settings from TE. Hubby seems to not care too much about it. Any suggestions? Is that normal?

Is it a transfer designed for application to dark fabrics?

Polyester gives up its colour under standard curing temps and this colour is absorbed by the plastisol ink.

This absorption process can take a few hours after curing, so best to look at the garment 24 hours after curing.

You need a non-bleed transfer to prevent this.

Thanks, called Transfer Express and she recommended Goof proof or Elasti Prints. However, I'm a bit confused because the Hot Split does state best for cotton/poly blend garments...

Now do I redo 50 shirts or just leave them be. It's not a huge deal. Just something I notice, it's just not a vibrant white like I would like it to be.
