I recently bought a mug press: Amazon.com: Sublimation Heat Transfer Press Machine - for Coffee / Latte Mug Usage- Model PRO-160X: Arts, Crafts & Sewing
This machine says it's able to take latte mugs that are 12 oz and up to 4.75 diameter. I am using 12oz 3.75 diameter mugs from discount mugs.
I cannot get the press to close on the mug. It shoots it out of the opening. It won't keep it in the center. Also when set up the heating element is slanted down and I'm sure it's making it come out more.
Anyone have any ideas? I am beyond frustrated. I have a show Friday I need to make about 50 mugs for.
