Large Size Paper For Large Format Heat Press

What is the best white large size paper to buy for 31"x 39" heat press. What thickness do you guys recommend?
I bought some wide brown paper from amazon and its thin. It sticks to the bottom padding and it looks like it's leaving a brownish shade to the fabric.
