Hey guys. I got a problem I hoped you could help me with.
I'm printing a large logo on the t-shirt with a water based ink.
To fit the image I turned my screen horizontal.
Problem is that almost every time 1 inch on one or another side doesn't get printed properly. I tried change distance to the t-shirt or tried a different screen. All the same. Maybe someone had a similar problem and knows how I could solve it?

A few questions to get a better idea;

• How much space is left before you get to the edge of the screen on either side?
  
• How wide is the design?
• How wide is your squeegee?

You need a wider screen.

It seems like your screen may not be level when printing which is causing the ink to stay in the screen instead of going through to the shirt. when you pull the screen down over the shirt check to see if one side is is uneven before you print.
