I am afraid I'm going to have to offer large format screen printing in my shop and don't know very much about it. My largest lenght is around 60". I've read a few of the older posts in reference to this subject, but was hoping there might be some new products out there to help. Any suggestions as to where I should start? Since I'm going to have to do large screen printing, I may as well be set up to do t-shirts as well!

60" wide formats generally fall into an "industrial graphics" category.
If that's the case (and you're not printing bolting or wallpaper),
here's a related association of that type of printing:

-note that it references both digital and screen methods.
Often, contacting a local screen printing supply company also
can provide support with info and materials as you begin set up.
