Have a sleeve pallet that I got from Kornit when I purchased my HD6 summer of 2019. We have spoken to a Kornit Tech as Applications Specialist that came out and neither knew how to use it without having issues with hems on sleeves. If only their was a video available to show how this product works. Anyone have experience with these?

Hi, did you ever figure this out? Are you talking about the bump made by the seam at the back of the sleeve? I think that we're printing it uni-directional and with a higher head height. I can check if needed. I have a 6 month old Storm HD6. It's been giving us quite a few headaches while we get the hang of things but it's getting better... seems like there will always be some gremlins in the system but overall it does print really well.
