Hi Kornit user's

I'm having problems with my Kornit 932nds all the time, it doesn't print great and i can't understand is it normal to fight with the machine all the time.
This week Kornit stoped to pump white ink, some kind of error appeared, and techsupport is thinking that we need to change the control board... (for now problem is solved)
I'm having missing noozles in yellow print head,
red spot colors looks like sh.t...
And yellow color at few prints misses start and sometimes disapears at all...
In daytime work i'm manually cleaning print heads few times to run decent prints.
need to correct the head tolerance, but the support from service isn't great.

Kornit headaches...

Hello,
I'm located in Latvia, Riga. Kornit's serial number isn't right now by my side, but if needed i can send you later.
I would be glad to recieve some support about my problems. I'm still learning how to get the best from Kornit.
And i feel there is something wrong with my machine.

All I can say is that the learning curve for these machines is incredibly steep. Headaches like these seemed to never end for the first year of owning ours, but after time, practice and a LOT of calls to tech support we've gotten a handle on most things. Just keep calling tech support!

true, but i have technicians here at my location only, kornit says that they must deal with my problems, but they are far from experienced, we have only machine in our location, they are learning with me.

Maybe you have some comment about one thing>? why i'm losing noozles in my white print head, constantly?
HUmidity is ok, i shake the white ink, do all to get the best, but it still after a print or two is cloging noozles.

what's the room temperature?
what's the white printhead temperature you set?
what's the MiniWhitePurgeTime and MiniWhitePurgeLayerTime parameter in the machinemotionparams.txt?

the liquidity of white ink is poor than other inks and dry faster on the printhead surface than other inks.
maybe this is the cause of your clog problem.

I would consider tinkering with the mini-purge time a little bit, sometimes that helps especially when the weather and humidity changes. Are the same nozzles clogging each time or does it vary?
