Just curious on what everyone charges for koozie screen printing. Just looking at margins. i dont need how much you got them for.

how much to add for a 1 side 1 color...an additional side...and additional colors. also your quantity for these prices.

ex. 100 koozies front print only 1 color..add 50 cent to price of koozie.

I don't do two colors, they move around too much for that. Quantity is king... I get about .50 for one side and .25 more for the second. Also, neoprene is MUCH easier to print on than foam....

where do you guys buy wholesale koozies?

A web search will yield some results. Think outside the box... I order mine from a place that prints them themselves, I just order them blank. I get them for less than any of the places I found that sell wholesale.

Depending on how fast you can print out 100 koozies. Are you using a pocket platen or do you have custom platens cut that fit 12 per platen. We run a 6/6 with a platen like this at every station. We can knockout 100 in about 15 mins.

We get 1.39 per for 100 and .87 for 200 printed 2 sides. We only do 1 at a time and can print 400 + per hour
