Konica laser transfer paper fading

I have a konica minolta bizhub 450 laser and I want to buy a heat press for tshirt transfers. I keep reading that Konica prints fade 50% on teh first wash because it lays down too much toner on to the transfer paper.

Is this still the case with Duracotton KM paper made specifacally for KM lasers?

I also have a Canon IPF 8000 (pigment ink) - Durability wise, am I likely to get better results anyway on this? Which paper is best for both products. Really I'm looking for a paper solution for the Konica Laser.
