I have been at this for two nights now and I am out of time....I need help! I used my cutter with no issues two days ago and yesterday I tried to cut some designs and I keep getting a "port not available" message every time I try to cut........I must have downloaded the driver 100 times since 5:00pm today and still no luck with getting "ports" to show up in my device manager......any suggestions will be helpful.....Thanks shayne (609) 306-6161
