I have a KnK Force and just got it set up so I can't speak to the longevity of the unit. I've cut some graphics and rhinestone material and it works fine. The interface shows up in a web browser window which a little odd but works fine. I did have an issue initially with the software not loading and that turned out to be a loose mico-SD card. I'll agree there isn't a lot of info on these cutters but I did find cutterpunk which has quite a bit of info on the force.
