We are still having problems with our kiosk. colors are really bad. My question is if we are set up to print with white on this machine and our RIP has been changed to kiosk with no white, what will the difference be in our prints and is there another rip we can use. We are still using the V03 version that came with our kiosk but have upgraded corel to X5. Are using windows XP professional for an operating system. any help would be apreciated.

The RIP you are using was written in 2005 and discontinued in 2008. The manufacturer stopped supporting it nearly two years ago. If your issues started when you upgraded your operating system or graphics software then it is likely that the problem is there and not with the RIP. A current version of the RIP would be more likely to be compatible with your new system or graphics software.
