I purchased a SPSS 4x4 kicker.

It's a piece of crap and the company will not acknowledge my complaints.

I purchased it last year and did not get to try much until recently due to work and family. SPSS lists a limited lifetime warantee. I took pictures of many manufacturers defects and emailed them to Tony at SPSS.

Their web site boasts proudly made in the USA, yet it is listed on Alibaba as made in Shandong, China. I am not out just the $700 but was stupid enough to think their micro registration would help. I could have invested the one thousand dollars into a nice used press. I guess that's the Kicker!

If anyone else has this problem please let me know how you resolved it.

I am guessing that this is one of those springers, do a search it will come up

it's a kicker. the springer has springs and the Kicker has rocker arms. Same company, they have 3 models. I am sure they are equal. My biggest annoyance aside from the fact that they don't stand behind what they sell is the fact that they claim it is made in the USA and it is not! I am hoping to take legal action!
