is there a way to keep the decal and the outline eg instead of making 2 decals and weeding 1 out for that and in the other one weed out what you kept in the other so its the inside of the decal or the outline of the decal?

eg.
if i cut this decal and wanted to keep the outside black and the blue as one decal (same colour just used colours for explanation) and use the grey as another decal is there a way i can do this? or do you need to do the decal twice and just weed out the other section on the other decal?

If you are cutting it all as one decal, then you would not be able to use the gray area as well as the black and blue. Unless you can figure out a way to weed it all as one piece then place it onto a blank backing then place the transfer tape over that. Aloha.

IF using cut vinyl you would have to apply the gray decal on top of the black decal, a two step process. The easy way to achieve this is with a digital printer. Print the black/gray in a single pass and contour cut the outer edge. When applying a multi-layer decal it is almost impossible to keep air bubbles out from around the second layer when applying to the final substrate.
