We just opened our refurbished mp5i and called tech support to get started. The ink from the CYMK will not feet through the tubes to the print heads. Techs walked us through many fixes and nothing has worked. They said a level 2 tech will call us back. We have not heard back from them yet. We are very curious to know what is wrong and if we are missing a step. Did anyone else experience this? Any help would be greatly appreciate.
