I have noticed that Johnny Cupcakes uses designs from well known movies, shows ect for his shirts...Do you really think he gets permission? I would think that's alotta money spent to use on his shirts...
A lot of the items fall under parody, IE superman style shirt with a cupcake or whatever.
Doesn't mean his company hasn't or won't be sued over it though, and whether or not he will win. Parody's are considered legal though, just proving that it is a parody and not a rip off can sometimes be hard.
