jerzee 29m Royal Blue Bleeding issues???

I have an order for royal blue shirts with white ink. I usually order 100% cotton to avoid bleeding. I mistakenly ordered 50/50. Has anyone had an issue with bleeding with the shirts? I do have low bleed ink.

It's dye migration. It will almost always occur. You can try running your dryer low and slow and see if that helps.
Is royal blue as bad as navy blue to bleed?
It's not a navy or royal thing.

When the dye on the polyester fibers is heated it migrates into the plasticizers in your ink. Turn your dryer down (temp and speed) and see if that helps.

Or, use black ink.

They want white ink. :( Do you think I should return the shirts and get 100 % cotton?

We print them quite often. Turn the heat down and slow the dryer down. Test a couple and get it right.
Ok, thanks for the advice.
what kind of ink are you using? a good low bleed ink with not be a problem. i only print 50/50 and i use triangle phoenix white with no migration problems.
I use multi tech low bleed white. I printed the shirts tonight and I used a 110 screen. So far so good. I guess the ink would have already bleed by now. I deliver them to my customer tomorrow.
