I have a problem with my jag iv cutter. Its not wanting to read the width of the vinyl as
to the size. It thinks that the width is 3.75 andeven after resetting the vinyl it wants to cutter as though it needs to segment the work
tried various setting changes to no avail any
help would be appreciated..

Just a update the the problem is solved...very simple so much
in fact that i totally overlooked the simple mistake..that is
the pinch roller arm was up and out of position and that was
it very simple..In fact it took the tech all of 30 seconds of
questions and solved it..

Glad to know you got a quick response from GCC. Their cutters are excellent, but a recent horrible experience with support almost had me selling mine.
