Help! I have the GCC Jaguar IV cutter with AAS contour cutting feature. I purchased the rhinestone system from DAS and this was the cutter included. I have used DAS's instruction on doing this feature, but I am having poor results. The cutter will not read the registration marks and cut. The cutter goes through the motions, acts like it is reading the first registration mark, then gives me the "AAS Failed" readout.

I am trying to contour cut a design printed on 8.5x11" heat transfer paper. I have left plenty of room between my design and the registration marks. What else can I check?

I am having the same issue. I have been working with both DAS and GCC. They had me replace the cutting head but no luck so far. Will be working with DAS support again tomorrow. Will let you know if we get any resolution.
