gidday guys
what do i do
my cutter a creation p=cut is cutting a dotted line in one direction(accross the width of the cutter) when cutting letters always the same way cutting lengthwise is no problem
it is so bad on a lot of them i have to recut with a knife. its a small part time buisness and i dont have a lot of funds to purchace a better machine (i want a roland gx-25) but out of my budget at the moment
can anyone help

Make sure your file is a vector. Also check you downforce. Cutting across if you have too much downforce, your cutter will bunch the vinyl. Just a thought.

thats how it looks and it sounds diffrent when it cuts its lettering not graphics

Sounds like either a communcation, or mechanical problem.

It sound like the blade holder may be sticky and not rotating correctly. Have you cleaned it out with adhesive remover and oiled the bearings lately?

check where you put the blade holder on mine there is 2 holes it can go in 1 towards back and one towards front i find mine works better in the front hole.
