I am looking for a good quality, relatively cheap, silk press in Atlanta for the graphics part of my line. I am also looking for a good t-shirt wholesale company. Also my designer can only save our designs as jpegs what do we have to get in order to get it to the silk screen printer for them to print our shirts. TIA

I've asked both of these questions before but they are not coming up in my search
I'm not sure what you titled your threads before, but it really helps to be very descriptive about what you're asking for in the actual title of the thread and post each question as a separate topic in the appropriate section to get the best answers.

You will probably get good quality *or* relatively cheap, but probably not both :)

That being said, could you clarify what you mean by a "silk press"?

We have a whole section of the forum for finding blank t-shirts wholesale: Find Wholesale Blank T-Shirts and Other Imprintable Products - T-Shirt Forums

We also have Preferred Vendors listed over to the left. Companies like alphashirts.com and tscapparel.com are a couple out of many great wholesalers that are out there.

If the jpgs are high resolution (300 dpi at the size you want them printed so they don't have to be resized larger), then your printer may be able to work with the file.

Depending on the type of design though, jpg may not be the best format. If it's a line drawing or text, then a vector file (.eps, .ai, .cdr) would probably be better. jpgs are usually used for photographs on the web.

Well I cant tell ya where to get your press however most screen printers use Adobe Illustrator (AI, or EPS), or Corel Draw (CDR) The images usually need to be in CMYK seperations or atleast different color seperation I believe this is for spot color I maybe wrong havent done much Screen Printing. But I do know formats.

edit: You beat me Rodney
