Issues With W4 Print head

Last december I had a power surge that fried my boards and two of my heads. I am still having issues with extra data being sent to the print head. The data boards have been replaced and the dungle boards, thermal couple and print head have been replaced for the two fried print heads. I am still having issues with my W4 doing the attached. Any suggestions would be helpful.
