#1. trying to cut letters 1 inch out of sign vinyl for personalizing various items. why does it chew/shread the letters or doesn't cut all the way thru? i keep changing the force. #2. i travel w/mine, so I don't have/don't want a floor stand, so vinyl ALWAYS feeds crooked. where do i get one of those roll holders for desktop use? i asked @ specialty graphics, but they don't sell them. #3. "fellow sign lady" told me to clean machine with a toothbrush? she said that is probably why it doesn't feed material properly?
