Issues getting right color

Hi,
I'm going through some rough time using regular plastisol ink and loosing the Royal Blue color.
The white underbase lightens up the Blue and we cannot get the royal, customer is looking for. In other words, We dont know how to fight the underbase from brightening up the royal blue

Is royal blue an issue to everyone, or is it just me doing something wrong.

You might try tinting the base with some of the blue, or adding a bit of black to make the base a light neutral gray.

I've noticed this effect printing water base inks, even with opaque blues.
