My wife just purchased a Baby Lock Intrepid and we set it up yesterday. Every time she tries to get a design together, or in a couple cases during stitching the Screen would go blank and the machine will restart like we cycled power. I am hoping this as a common issue and someone knows the fix. We will be contacting the vendor and babylock tomorrow but as everyone can understand we need some work done this weekend. And advise would be greatly appreciated.
