Please help me been using flexi 8 starter for a while now until one day i went to use, and any image or design i want to cut comes in the cutting screen with a box around it so the actually size of image is smaller within the box so i cannot get the image to the required size.

Im sure its just me acidentally messed with some setting and have now played for ages but cannot work out.

Please Please Help!

I've had this happen also with my flexisign 8 pro+. I've tried contacting scanvec-amiable, the maker of flexi but they will not return any emails or answer the phone or return any calls. Flexi support used to be great until they sold the company and moved from Philly to Utah. Now when you go to the about screen and call the number on it you get connected to the national cancer society in philly or something like that. It's a great program but support really sucks now!
It's a shame, I've been using this product for 10 years now.
