I saw a vendor selling headbands made out of the same materials as t-shirts and was applying plastisol transfers to them. They were selling like crazy too. Any idea who carries these?

I took a look at them, but a little on the expensive side.

I've been told I am looking for 2" stretch headband blanks made of cotton.
