Please don't use Flash for your sites. It's bad for usability, search engine optimization, and mobile browsing. And it annoys users. When I'm buying something, I don't want animations and sounds all over the place, I want a simple site that just sells the product.

I would like to know from people who have a Flash website for their clothing line or other business.
Y did u choose flash? Do u like it? Do people bash your decision all the time for using flash? What website builder did u use?

I use to make websites on the side about 10 years ago. Flash was fairly new, but everyone wanted it because it was so different. After creating a few, I got email after email about how people couldn't see the flash because either their browser was old or their computer just couldn't handle it. I finally gave up on it and just went back to good ole html with .jpgs
Might not be the case today, but even watching the stats on my domains, I can see that some people are still in the stone age with their browsers.
So thats something to think about, that with flash you can't reach as many potential customers. I'm not bashing flash, I still think its really cool,.. but it can be abused very easily and website can be over run with it. If its classy and done tastefully, it can really set you apart.
Its outdated big time now,.. but I used Adobe Livemotion to do all mine back then. It was easy, and I taught myself.

We use flash for the t-shirt designer but that's it. It's pretty much the only was to get a rich aplication online.
