Hi,

I was wondering if this image would be hard to seperate, Would I be able to print via SPot Color Seperation or would a simulated process be required? I am still new to the Screen Printing world...

Yes it can be separated, and Simulated Process is actually spot colors simulating Process. So you would be using spot colors, however many are necessary to make it work rather than 4 colors CMYK.

Actually I think you only need 4 spot colors. Yellow, Red, Black, and Blue if printing on a white shirt. If on darks you will add an underbase and possibly a hi light white.
