Is this ink good? GEN Opaque Rebel? Looking for FLESH colored plastisol ink.

Has anyone heard of this brand of ink? It's all over eBay and it's cheap. When I google search it, all of the search results are eBay. I'm new to this stuff but I've never heard of it before.

I'm having a hard time finding flesh colored ink. If this ink is no good, does anyone have any recommendations?
