Ok, bought some jigsaws for testing, press time as quoted from supplier 65 seconds heat 190 c, but the picture has come out yellow with only a corner of the image looking correct. Any ideas what this could be?

I thought that myself initially but thought after why would the top left corner have a straight line thats perfect?

But yes scorch is high on list.

Your press is not heating evenly, or there could bave been impurities in the cardboard of the puzzle that when hezted were released

Press heating evenly, checked that out with infrared tester over numerous spots.

But...done another at 40 secs and all is good so guess it was just too long for the jigsaw.

I,ve looked at doing these myself...so on a side Issue,do you know where you can get the boxes for the puzzles to go in?

Unsure on the box's as mine come in a resealable point of sale package that look great anyway.

No from eBay I bought in bulk to cut costs, got them at less than £1 a jigsaw each.

Hi Buddy - What size jigsaw did you get? Can you provide the EBay store name or some sort of link please.

I am in UK and trying to source A3+ size jigsaws with a gloss finish for a client and not getting anywhere fast.
