So I'm being quoted 10.9 on melco Amaya xts with no training and no digitizing software. Is that a good deal?

I would say thats a good price since I paid over 16k with in-house training and there Design Shop 9 Pro+ software. Love the XTS would recommend it.

Is this Used? DO you Already have a Program to use? What hoops are you getting with the xts?
