Is this a fair price? Any bette options?

I recently asked about my options for printing 7*11'' (at the most) pictures onto cotton tee shirts, without buying a DTG, or using low quality transfers that will fall apart after washing.

Well today I contacted a local store to do the DTG process for me onto cotton shirts and they charge $2.95 per shirt (based on an order of 25 shirts) for light colored shirts, and much more for dark shirts.
Is this a good price for the service? Or is there a more affordable solution through a different company? I'm located in Ohio

This price is for print or print with t-shirt? If for the whole prduct it's insane cheap and I would not expect a good quality.
Very fair price. We charge $3 per shirt for even 1 shirt, but that's only if the customer uses OUR shirts. If you supply your own, it's $4.50 per shirt for 1 shirt. 25 is $4 per shirt. So you're getting a solid price.

Are you really freaking out over $3? From a local business, that keeps money in your community?

Think it's very cheap. Poor quality print in the very fastest print mode (not HQ mode)??? Ask for samples!

This price is if I supply my own shirts, I'm thinking of getting a sample done to see the quality of their work

Thanks Brian,
I'm not familiar with DTG pricing at all for I've never experienced with such services, I've always made vinyl transfers right at home. I know the store wants to do business and make money as well, so my question is what exactly is "OUR shirts" ? Would the store doing this service use the kind of shirts that the buyers asks for (AAA 1301) or would they use any regular cotton mix that they have in stock? (This is if I were to pay for the finished product altogether shirt+print)
