I was doing some polyester jerseys this morning did about 12 and then this happen some of the vinyl was left on the carrier is this a bad piece of vinyl or is this something I did wrong?

It is possible.

What brand of vinyl is it?

It's made by Rtape. I get it from harbor here in Maryland.
It's their standard heat transfer vinyl.

I am not familiar with that vinyl, however it does look like its stuck to the carrier. Have you called them yet about it?

No I have not, I'm kind of new at doing shirts that's why I was asking the question to see if this happens a lot. I usually do vinyl lettering as a side business and a friend ask to make him some shirts and that is how I started doing shirts.
