Yes...simple. Print one side. Place a teflon sheet or a piece of used transfer paper between the shirt. Turn the shirt over and print the other side.

Depending on your garment and the size of your platen ~~

I press front side, then feed back of shirt in (upside down), one side only, (front under platen).

I do this for sweatshirts too, since they are so thick, I only feed one side of the shirt in.

We have a 15x15 platen. Everything works well, except kids' sizes. Then I'd have to use a teflon sheet.
