Is there a setting I did wrong with my RIP software?

Victor here. Recently I have purchased a DTG printer, Airwren T-500. It comes with Acrorip 8.1, and it runs on an Epson 1390 print head.
The problem that I have is, whenever I have set the layout correctly in the software, justified centre and all, it doesn't come out the exact positioning that it was supposed to. I have set the paper size to 32cm x 42cm as per the manufacturer's manual and that's all they instructed.
Is there supposed to be another setting to be done to get the correct positioning? Please help dear forumers.
