Is there a company that makes full colour transfers that I can then heat press myself?

I need some high quality four colour badges printed that I will then heat press onto shirts. I bought the relevant transfer paper from xpres but my printer isn't that good so the quality is a bit poor. Is there a company I can upload the artwork to and they send me badges/transfers that I can heat press myself? I'm based in the UK. Thanks in advance.
