Is the A3 UV FLATBED PRINTER from IEHK

I was considering purchasing a Sublimation Printer, but during my research ran into DTG printing which led me to the A3 UV FLATBED PRINTER from IEHK. They claim it can print on basically any surface (see below for the list) type so long as it fits in the machine which has a max 3.9''. So the setup I was looking at originally was around $1500, but this machine is only $2300 through them. It seems like a no brainer, but I wonder if it's too good to be true? Any input?

Does anybody here own one or seen the actual outcome?

I feel like I smell something fishy because I cannot really find anything online about UV printing working the way they say with just a few exceptions of big companies switching over to UV (and loving it). But if it's so great, why hasn't it caught on? Some of the videos are from years ago. Here is what I'm talking about. https://www.iehk.com/shop/a3-uv-flatbed-printer/

PRINTABLE MATERIALS:
✔ Plastic: Acrylic, ABS, PVC, PP, PE, PU, etc.
✔ Fabric: Cotton, nylon, polyester, spandex.
✔ Leather: PVC leather, PU leather, real and artificial leather.
✔ Metal: Gold, silver, copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy.
✔ Others: Wood, bamboo, crystal, glass, ceramic, stone and so on.
