Is Teezily a crooked company?

I emailed them twice to take down my design which they are illegally selling without my permission. Both times they didn't respond. I called their phone number and they just told me to email the company. After the 2nd time I emailed them, they put up 10 times as many products with my design on them. It looks like they did this just to spite and mock me.

Do you guys know if Teezily is run by crooks? It looks like it. I read someone else say that they steal other people's designs and print them badly.

What can I legally do to Teezily? They may be a french company. I just read that DMCA takedown notices are ineffective. I'd like to shut down their web site.

Servers are located in France.
Maybe this will help you:

Sry I can't help you with legal stuff with your problem.
if they are in france, then they are beholden to eu laws
time to go above their head and lodge a complaint in brussels

a bureaucratic hydra like that requires mucho documentation,
they exist for paperwork (and the blood of their worker class, but that is another story)

compile everything you have and add it to the form found here
Teezily finally emailed me and deleted the campaigns.
Glad to hear about your outcome - seems over the years lots of graphic artists and designers too often get ripped off ----
