just wondering because it is water based which means it should wash out with water (which i've done before)

BUT is there a reason to use it that i don't know about?

With water base from what I understand the in wash will cause the pigment to attract together This is important due to the pigments not being able to be caught at the filters in the municipal water treatment plants.

Its kinda like when the started finding very small amount of medicine in the water due to people flushing them down the toilet.
