So I am just getting ready to place replacement orders from things I am running out of (inks, screens, chemicals) and I was wondering if its better to just place an order online, or is it better to talk to a sales rep from the company and order through the rep?

I have been ordering online recently....and to be honest...have had a bunch of problems with the order being incorrect and the time it takes to get to me...I ordered a bunch of chemicals and 4 newman roller frames , all the chemicals got to me in a timely manner but the roller frames didnt...not only did it take over a month to get to me ..the quantity of frames was wrong....now it will be a total of 6 weeks until I will receive my final frame.....so from now on I will be calling and speaking with a rep for all of my orders.

Its probably always faster to call but online is usually more convenient.

Well, I have to agree with the above poster. I always order supplied by calling. I use Ryonet for 95 percent of stuff. When I order online it takes about a day longer. I figure we are in the service industry together and I should be able to speak to them. I don't take orders from people for shirts without talking to them.
