Is Cured Plastisol Dog/Cat/Pet friendly?

Aloha Everyone!

I have been looking for information regarding safety regarding dog/cats and cured plastisol ink. My research indicates that it is safe but figured some of the "real world" experts here might have some additional insight. Are there any harmful effects or considerations that anyone knows about relating to Dogs & Cats specifically.

I would say so, as long as they don't eat it or anything..
I did a bunch of dog and cat bandanas for a groomer and they were fine. I never heard of any ill effects.
I have seen many animal costumes printed with plastisol.

Thanks for the info, I wonder about its use on chew toys as well...

What is the chew toy made of? Not sure plastisol is the right ink to use.

Plastisol would be fine on canvas, Personally I would do water based just because it is a chew toy, I really don't know how much safer it would be though. Good Luck!
could always look at the MSDS sheet or contact the manufacturer.
