These guys sell irregulars -http://www.theadairgroup.com/irregular-t-shirts.html - If you're gonna buy 1,000 you might get a deal. I have bought from them, but not at the price you're looking for. I did buy about 100. Good luck

Strange! Why to buy 'irregular' ones, if you can source leftovers, excess quantities, un-shipped brand items - try them.
