Hello, I have been designing patterns on readymade clothes for a few years now. I have just recently added a heat press to my business. My husband and I are running into problems with the iron-on staying on the shirts. The product looks very good until it is washed and starts to peal. We have tried adjusting the heat, pressure, and time. Nothing is working. We are starting to believe it is the heat press. It is a 16 x 24 Digital Heat Press Machine by POWER HEAT PRESS. Please help if you can.

Thank You

I would say either your heat isn't high enough or your pressure is too low. Are you using vinyl transfers, plastisol? I have never done either of those, I do sublimation & chromablast transfers, so mine don't peel off.

Thank you for replying. I am using iron on paper for dark color shirts. I print images on the paper. The top part of the paper peals of. It is like plastic. I position the plastic that holds the image and heat presses it into the shirt.
