I would like to create iron on's with the emblem of our unit that will be placed over the pocket of black Gildan Heavy Short Sleeve T-shirts for members of our US Army unit. The cost to have the custom finished iron ons made by Proworld is very expense. Is it possible to duplicate the quality by creating the iron ons using iron on transfers? If so could someone please provide the information for ubtaining such a product.

This might work for a very very short time...usuallly the iron transfers do not look well and that is why most of us do not use them. Why not locate a dtg printer near you and outsource.

If you get papers from a supplier of transfer products youll get a better product (stay outta staples and hooby stores)
Tho' you wont get the same quality as plastisol transfers.

Agreed. There are some types of opaque inkjet transfer papers that will look pretty good. Stay away from dark colored Polyesters, however, you may get bleeding.
