iron all darks or anything new?????????

I have been using translution paper (iron all ???) for darks, to good success. I have had the pack for a year and of recent found the colours bleed at print stage. Though I have stored paper carefully, is this what happens with older paper??

Also is there a new product for darks that is better???
I ahve had a search but can't find any help on this!!

I use d92 with durabrite ink.
