Iphone Cases Legal

I have been reading the terms and use policy for most of the iphone blanks distributer ie Joto and they say that your not allowed to use these case commercially. i was wondering why that might be especially considering if i were to own or license the copyright of the image i would be placing on the case.

If there is anything else i should know about selling iphone cases commercially that would be greatly appreciated
