So I've recently got the shops ioline up and running, and it cuts film just fine, but I get very jagged results on twill, to whit, it cuts in a way that leaves "edges" at each node.
I'm doing designs in Coreldrawx4, and exporting them as .plt files for the ioline 301 software to cut. I initially reduced the nodes in the file and smoothed it to see if that helped, but the problem remains. I'm using a 45 degree blade, and the advised offset of 94 mils. The cutting speed is set to the 10:00 position.
Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
